At Esko Minis Childcare and Preschool, we believe that strong early childhood education starts with strong support—for children, families, and the teachers who care for them every day.

Since opening our doors in 2016, we’ve been on a continuous journey of learning, growing, and reimagining what childcare can and should be. We know that building a better system starts from within, and we’re committed to evolving alongside the needs of our community.

We are proud to build collaborative teacher teams that foster connection, creativity, and shared knowledge. By working together, our educators create nurturing, developmentally rich environments where children thrive. We know that when teachers are supported, children benefit.

Our commitment goes beyond the classroom. We partner closely with local school districts to ensure every child gets the support they need to grow—whether that means early interventions, learning accommodations, or extra tools to help them shine. We also walk alongside families, offering resources, communication, and consistent care that extends beyond drop-off and pick-up.

Esko Minis is more than a childcare center—we’re part of a movement for change. We’re deeply involved in community organizing to reshape the childcare system so that it works for everyone. We advocate for policies that make care affordable for families, ensure livable wages for teachers, and prioritize the creation of safe, joyful, and inspiring spaces for kids.
